New Business Advice
If you are about to start or have just started a business we can offer advice as to what you need to do to meet Food Safety requirements. A visit to a potential new premise with you can save costly mistakes and getting things right to start with will ensure you meet legal requirements and achieve the best 'Food Hygiene' rating

Compliance Audit:
A comprehensive review of your food safety documentation and training records.
An inspection of working practices, the premise and work equipment. You will be provided with an action plan detailing work required to meet legislation. "Structure" is one of three areas that contribute to your "Food Hygiene" rating

Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS): e.g. Safer Food Better Business (SFBB), Cook Safe, Retail Safe or HACCP
Most food businesses must have a documented FSMS, the complexity of which depends on your business. This system will be audited during enforcement or complaint visits and forms the basis of your Due Diligence defence if legal action is ever taken against the business A system that is suitable, complete and in use will ensure you achieve legal compliance and the best "Food Hygiene" rating.
